Creative Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Creative Director to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for leading and implementing innovative design strategies for visual effects, CG, movie title design, and overall visual aesthetics across various projects. The Creative Director will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, inspiring them to deliver high-quality, creative, and visually engaging output.

Job responsibilities

• Oversee the creative process for all visual effects, CG, movie title design, and other design projects.
• Direct the creative function so that the environment, culture, team, capabilities, tools, processes, expectations, and work style encourages creativity and innovation.
• Review and approve all concepts, designs, and final layouts, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Lead and collaborate with artists, designers, and technical directors to create high-quality visual effects and designs.
• Coordinate with the production team to manage projects, ensuring they're delivered on time and within budget.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, technology, and techniques in the Design, CG and VFX industry.
• Communicate effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders to deliver the vision for any given project.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in design, computer graphics, or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the entertainment or media industry.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in creating stunning visual effects, CG, and movie title design.
• Deep understanding of design software like Adobe Creative Suite, 3D software, and other industry-standard tools. Working knowledge of tools like Nuke and Houdini.
• Strong leadership skills with a knack for inspiring and guiding teams towards creative excellence.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and detail, with the ability to balance artistic and business perspectives.
• Ability to handle multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
• A strong understanding of industry trends and creative tools such as AI, virtual production, NeRFs and augmented reality.
